Strategic Plan Priorities

Strategic Plan

Integrated throughout our strategic priorities are continued efforts to tell our school's great story. As we execute our plan, we will develop new ways to extol the value of a Dexter Southfield education, a classical foundation built for innovation; to explain the advantages of single-sex education during the formative Pre-Kindergarten through Class 8 years, and offering the "best of both worlds" for upper school students with many classes being co-ed; to enhance our branding and marketing efforts; to celebrate the experiences of Dexter Southfield alumni and current families; and to engage alumni and current families in the life of the School.‚Äč
