Upper School Diversity Day 2018


On Wednesday, February 14, the fifth annual Upper School Diversity Day began with a routine performed by the middle school dance team followed by insight from faculty member, Jeff Kirkman.

The Art Department is excited to announce that 13 Dexter Southfield students were recognized for their outstanding artwork in this year's Boston Globe Scholastic Art Awards competition.

Class 12 Student Heidi Freking to Run in Boston Marathon for The Play Brigade


The Boston Marathon is a challenging course for any runner (just ask anyone who’s battled Heartbreak Hill), but Dexter Southfield student Heidi Freking ’18 is up to that challenge.

Class 8 Puts Fun Twist on Book Report


Ms. Pomeroy’s Class 8 students put a fun twist on their latest book report assignment. Students created movie posters advertising their favorite novels ranging from books they had read in class to any favorite independent reads.
