The middle school cross country team provides an environment in which boys and girls discover their potential as distance runners. To do this, we participate in variety of training activities while also promoting the importance of team and individual goals. Athletes support each other every day, whether it is during long runs, cross training, speed workouts, or teambuilding games. Our ultimate goal is to serve as a model of dedication and hard work, and we welcome athletes of all types. In middle school cross country, there is no starting lineup, and there is no concern about playing time. Everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed.

We are very excited to see such a large number of boys and girls participating in the first week of middle school cross country. The first few days will be dedicated to learning about the program. Athletes will get a chance to test their limits, and coaches will observe carefully to determine proper workouts for each individual athlete.
