Join the Parents Association on Saturday, 1/18 for an afternoon of school spirit, giveaways, and refreshments! Cheer on girls' varsity basketball (1 p.m. vs. BB&N), boys' varsity hockey (3 p.m. vs. New Hampton) and girls' varsity hockey (5:30 p.m. vs. St. George's) and enjoy chuck-a-puck, a free throw contest, refreshments, and more! Parents interested in volunteering during the event can sign up here:

Thanks to the generous support of our alumni participating in December's Alumni Giving Challenge, we were able to successfully unlock an additional $10,000 for the Dexter Southfield Fund! We are grateful for all those who stepped forward to be counted. If you did not have a chance to make your gift during the Challenge, you can still support the School before June 30, 2020 to be counted for this fiscal year.

This December, we are challenging our alumni to honor their experience by making a gift to the Dexter Southfield Fund during our Alumni Challenge (December 17-31). Tomorrow evening at 7 p.m. the Upper School Theater Program will perform "Fall One-Acts." The two, 45-minute performances include "Why Do We Laugh" by Stephen Gregg and "Tracks" by Peter Tarsi. We hope you can join us in the Clay Center Lecture Hall - and good luck to the cast and crew who have dedicated the fall to rehearsals!

The Parents Association is helping support a School-wide initiative for Community Servings and its annual "Pie in the Sky" Thanksgiving Bake Sale. Community Servings is a not-for-profit food and nutrition program providing services throughout Massachusetts to individuals and families living with critical and chronic illnesses. So far, nearly 115 pies have been purchased by members of the Dexter Southfield community! Can we make it 200? Visit Dexter Southfield's page to purchase your pie by November 23 - and then pick up your pie(s) right here on campus on Tuesday, November 26, just in time for the holiday!

Calling all Dexter Southfield Athletics fans to the sidelines this week! Congratulations to varsity girls' soccer, volleyball, football, and cross country for extending their seasons. Varsity girls' soccer will host a quarterfinal game on Main Field on Wednesday, while the football team's bowl game will take place at Gillette Stadium on Friday evening at 6 p.m. The volleyball team will make its first tournament appearance since the program began and eight cross country runners have qualified for this weekend's All-Star Meet. Good luck to all teams!
