Thank you for choosing Dexter Southfield Summer Camps. The fees below include bus transportation to and from camp, snack, lunch and all supplies.

Registration, refund, and transfer policies
  • There is a 5% sibling discount for the second child (and any following) registered in camp.
  • Full tuition is due and will be automatically charged to the card on file on May 29. After this date, full payment will be due at the time of registration.
  • Typically, tuition (less the $250 deposit) for families making changes for their child is refundable until June 1. In 2020, we are able to provide full refunds for camp up until June 15. 
  • Campers may not attend camp until all payments have been made and health forms have been submitted.
  • Dexter Southfield Summer Camps reserve the right to accept or refuse any application.
  • There will be no camp on Friday, July 3, 2020. Affected camp fees will be prorated accordingly.
Insurance and medical coverage
For the Hockey Camp, insurance coverage up to $10,000.00 (subject to a deductible of $250 on each accident) is provided to each participant with the tuition. Dexter Southfield Summer Camps maintain first aid facilities and transportation service to area hospitals.
The camps comply with regulations of of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and are licensed by the local board of health. Parents may request the Camp's policies concerning background checks, healthcare, and discipline as well as procedures for filing grievances.
