College Rep Visit Schedule
Each fall, Dexter Southfield welcomes college representatives from over 100 colleges and universities from across the country to connect with students in Classes 10–12. Students have the opportunity to learn about a variety of schools, ask college specific questions, and show demonstrated interest to respective reps.
SEPTEMBER—october 2026
Location: All in-person visits take place in the College Counseling Office (Sohier 1 Study Lounge or College Counseling Conference Room). Note, some visits may be virtual. Virtual visit links will be sent to students one day prior to the visit.
Rep Visit Length: Visits are typically 30 minutes and students sign in upon arrival.
Class 11 & 12 students:
- Students must ask their teacher at least 24 hours in advance if they may miss class to attend a rep visit. Students cannot miss a test or quiz to attend a rep visit.
- Sign up for a rep visit at least 24 hours in advance in Naviance.
Class 10 students:
- Students can attend rep visits during their free blocks. Classes cannot be missed.
- Sign up for a rep visit at least 24 hours in advance in Naviance.
Register for Rep Visits in Naviance:

- Log into Naviance .
- Find the “Colleges” tab at the top of the homepage.
- Click “College Visits” for a list of the upcoming college visits.
- Click “Register Now” to sign up for a particular college.
Students who are unable to attend rep visits of interest:
If you are unable to attend a rep visit of interest, we encourage emailing the college rep to briefly introduce yourself and show demonstrated interest. You can find the college rep’s email address on the Dexter Southfield app (Calendar/College Visits/Click the date of the visit/Click the visit/The rep’s name and email address will be displayed).
