Our program aims to instill in our players confidence, determination, teamwork, and a love for the game of lacrosse. Our goal is to improve every day and to maximize our lacrosse potential through hard work, perseverance, and dedication.

Our schedule includes many of the top teams in the region, and we face a mix of ISL, EIL, and independent teams, while not being restricted to any league. Each spring, we are invited to compete in the ISL tournament.

Dexter Southfield has been selected to play at High School Nationals for the past two years. This is a tremendous opportunity for our program The Girls’ High School Lacrosse National Championship is an invitation-only tournament. The nation’s top-rated girls’ high school lacrosse programs are invited.
