Our coaching staff values cooperation, effort, and sportsmanship. Runners demonstrate hard work and commitment to the team while dedicating themselves to self-improvement. The coaching staff collaborates with dedicated runners and athletes from other sports who are interested in developing their speed, strength, and endurance during the offseason.
Our coaches lead and participate in workouts while also educating athletes in the rationale behind different types of speed and endurance exercises. Athletes also learn the fundamentals of proper running technique, injury prevention, and mobility work.
At the varsity level, our goal is to field the most competitive team while preparing athletes for possible collegiate athletic opportunities.
