Strength & Conditioning

Lorem Ipsum

Student-athletes are encouraged to use the Strength and Conditioning space to develop strength and prevent injury.

Varsity and Junior Varsity teams have designated hours each week with sport-specific training, and Upper School students can also select to participate in fitness as an afternoon activity.

In addition to injury prevention, the goals of the Strength and Conditioning program are to:

  • Create a team atmosphere and an environment for student-athletes to assume leadership positions
  • Develop an individual student athlete’s confidence and comfort level with equipment
  • Create a foundation for improved performance, where each student-athlete strives to become better at their preferred sports

Our Strength and Conditioning Coaches works closely with our Athletic Training staff to facilitate return to play for injured student-athletes.
