Dexter Southfield Squash Center
To be completed in July 2021
Our athletics program is core to developing the character, confidence, and compassion that are hallmarks of a Dexter Southfield student. These traits were evident as our students focused on navigating different but highly successful fall and winter seasons and are again on full display as spring athletes train and compete. The Kraft Fieldhouse and Arena and our fields buzz morning to evening with the energy of our PreK-Class 12 students, and we are proud to add the Dexter Southfield Squash Center to our campus and to the Dexter Southfield experience.Todd Vincent, Head of School
Project Highlights:
- Given limited access to courts in the Boston area, we are pleased that we will now be able to house both our middle and upper school teams on campus, expanding capacity and competitive opportunities.
-
We will also expose our lower school students in Classes 3-5 to this exciting sport as part of their sports rotation, increasing from nine to 10 sports annually.
-
To oversee the Center and the program, we have hired Dan Roberts as Director of Squash.
